Built from North Georgia, for North Georgia.
AVRA was created around a simple belief: local veterans and families should not have to navigate every system alone when practical help can be coordinated close to home.

- Privacy: asking for help should not mean sharing more than necessary.
- Follow-through: community care matters most when people coordinate and follow through.
- Local connection: rural North Georgia already has caring people and organizations; AVRA helps connect the dots.
A bridge, not a replacement
AVRA works alongside local organizations, churches, providers, veteran groups, businesses, and neighbors. We help veterans and families navigate available options and find a practical next step. Eligibility, funding, provider capacity, and timelines are determined by the relevant organization. AVRA is not part of the VA and is not an emergency service.
